Donald Trump isn't the only real estate magnate who's got political interests. Developer Don Peebles is the founder, chairman and CEO of The Peebles Corporation -- a privately held real estate company with projects in New York, Washington, D.C. and Miami. Forbesestimated his net worth at $700 million.
The former De Blasio supporter is said to be mulling a run for mayor of New York City in 2017.
Journalist Peter Bailey, who runs an online interview show called "NiteCap" interviewed Peebles in a wide-ranging conversation about the presidential election, the message of "Empire," and his thoughts on Jay Z and Donald Trump.
